You can find us at 64, Laljnagar Society, right near the Sardar Bridge on Adajan Road. It’s a good spot in Surat, 395009, and being close to the bridge makes it easy for people from the other side of the river to reach us. The office is part of the society, so it has that local feel to it. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some chairs for visitors. It’s not a shiny new building, but it works for what we do. We handle travel arrangements for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s a family going on vacation, other times it’s someone needing a ticket for work. We do a lot of typing and phone calls throughout the day. Adajan Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the honking from inside sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We try to keep our records straight, though sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. It’s just the way it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been in Gujarat for a long time and know the local routes pretty well. There’s no big mystery to how we work. We just take the details, check the prices, and get the tickets done. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way for our neighbors and local clients.
