You can find us at Plot No: 92/93 in Soeb Nagar B, which is right near Mount Zion School in the Unn area of Surat. We’ve been here at Corral Holidays for a while now. It’s a local neighborhood, so we get a lot of people from around the block stopping in. The office is pretty simple. We have some posters of places on the walls, mostly just to cover up the marks on the paint. We spend our time helping folks figure out where they want to go for their holidays. It’s a lot of looking at train times and flight prices. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow to load, so we end up chatting with people while we wait. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not like those high-pressure sales places. We just want to help people get where they’re going. The school nearby means it gets really noisy in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. We’ve gotten used to it though. We keep some notebooks and pens on the counter for people to write down their details. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't use big words or try to sell things people don't need. If someone wants to travel, we look at the books and see what’s available. It’s practical work. We like the area and the people who live here, and we just try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door to ask about a trip or a ticket.
