We are down on the lower ground floor, specifically LG 1, in the Sutaria Building. Being in the basement means we do not get any natural sunlight, but it also stays much cooler than the offices on the upper floors when the sun is beating down on Nanpura. The Sutaria Building is situated near that big multistory building, so there is always a lot of foot traffic nearby. We are also right across from the Jaldarshan Tower. Finding the entrance to the lower ground can be a bit tricky the first time, as you have to go down those concrete steps near the side. Once you are inside, it is just a quiet space with tiled floors and fluorescent lights. We have been here for quite a while now. The space is filled with the usual stuff like old files, a few computers, and some mismatched furniture we picked up over time. It is not a place for showing off. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Nanpura is one of those parts of town where there is always something happening, so when we step outside for a break, it is a total change from the quiet of our office. We usually grab some food from the local vendors nearby during lunch. It is a practical spot for us because it is central and most people know the landmarks around here. The plumbing can be noisy, but you get used to it.
