Our office is at 3, Siddha Ratna Apartment on Bhatar Road. We are right at the Uma Bhavan Cross Road, which most people in Surat know because of the Vaishnodevi Temple just across the street. Having the temple right there means there are always people around, especially on festival days or weekends. We are a private limited company, but the office doesn't feel like a big corporate place. It’s more like a storefront where we sit and handle yatra bookings. We have a lot of regular customers who come to us specifically because they live in the Bhatar area and it’s easy for them to walk over. The apartment building is a bit older, so our shop has that lived-in feel. We keep the registers on the desk and try to stay organized, though during the busy pilgrimage seasons, it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do at Choudhary Yatra Company. We just help people get on their way. There’s a small bench outside where people sometimes sit and wait if we are busy with someone else. It’s a practical setup. We know the local shopkeepers and the temple staff, so it feels like a nice community to be part of. We usually close up once the evening temple crowd thins out. It is a good spot for a business like ours.
