Down here at Saroli D G Point, specifically in Puna Kumbharia at unit U/32, you’ll find Chetan Mobile Service & Gift Articles. It is a bit of a mix in here. Half the shop is tools and phone parts for repairs, and the other half is filled with small gift items like frames or little toys. I guess we ended up doing both because people often need a last-minute present while they wait for their phone screen to be fixed. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack things pretty high on the shelves. It’s dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the electronics clean. Most of the work involves changing batteries or fixing charging ports that stopped working because of lint. We don't have a huge staff, usually just one or two of us working. The gift side of the business keeps things colorful. It is funny seeing someone come in all stressed about a broken phone and leave with a stuffed animal or a fancy mug. The D G Point area is always active, so there’s never a quiet moment really. We just sit here, do the repairs, and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple life, keeping the shop running and making sure the inventory stays updated. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the locals know where to find us.
