Chamunda Store

Chamunda Store has been operating out of Shop No 2 on LP Savani Road for a while now. We are located in the Adajan area of Surat, right near the TGB. It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and bikes going past all day. Our shop isn't very big, but we try to fit in as many household items as we can. We have cereals, dals, spices, and a lot of packaged snacks. The weekends are usually the busiest when families come out to the nearby restaurants and stop by to pick up stuff for the house. We do our own inventory, so sometimes things might be a little messy while we are restocking the shelves. It’s just the way a local store works. We know most of our customers by face since they live in the nearby societies. We don’t have a website or any of that. If you need something, you just come to the shop and ask. We keep the shop clean, but it’s a working space, so there are always boxes around. It feels good to be a part of the Adajan community. We see kids growing up and coming in to buy their own chocolates now. It’s just a simple, practical store meant for the people living around LP Savani Road. We stay open until the evening rush dies down. That’s our daily routine here in Surat.
