If you are driving down the Western Express Highway near Bardoli, you will find us right by the Sugar Factory. It is a landmark everyone knows around here, which makes it easy for people to find the place. Champak G Patel started this because there was a need to just do things right for the people around here. We are not tucked away in some high-rise office. We are right there where the action is, near the industrial side of things. The air smells like the factory sometimes, and the trucks are always rumbling past on the highway. It is a noisy spot, but it feels alive. We spend most of our time dealing with the day-to-day needs of people coming in from the highway or the surrounding farms. There is no fancy waiting room here. You just walk in, and we talk about what needs doing. It is a small operation, mostly just family and a few hands we have known for years. We do not spend money on big ads or glossy brochures because the work speaks for itself when people talk to their neighbors. Sometimes we get behind when the harvest season is in full swing because the whole town gets busy, but we catch up. It is a simple way of living and working. We know the roads, we know the people, and we know how to get through a long day’s work without a lot of fuss.
