We've been at 114 Kadodara Serpentine Road for quite a bit now. It's just a regular shop where we handle phones. People come in when their screen cracks or if they need a new cover. It gets dusty on this road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters. Most days it is just us talking to neighbors who stop by. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just Cell City Mobile. We have some chargers hanging on the wall and a few newer models in the case. Sometimes the light outside flickers, but we keep the doors open. If you walk down Serpentine Road, you can't really miss the sign. We try to fix what we can on the spot. If it takes longer, we tell you. There's no fancy waiting room here, just a stool if you need to sit. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but the shop stays mostly the same. My cousin helps out on weekends when it gets a bit busier with people off work. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here at number 114. It’s a simple life running a phone shop. You see a lot of broken things and try to make them work again. That is pretty much it. We usually have the radio on and just wait for the next person to walk in with a problem. Our shop floor is worn down from all the feet through the years.
