Broadway Tours & Travels is over at S/16 in the Kanaknidhi Complex. We are on the Main Road in Nanpura, right across from the Gandhi Memorial Bhavan in the Timaliyawad area. It’s a nice part of Surat, a bit different from the heavy industrial zones. Our office is a modest space where we sit and figure out tours and travel routes for anyone who walks in. We aren't a high-end agency; we’re just a local business with a couple of desks and some old chairs. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We spend a lot of time chatting with customers about where they want to go and how to get there without spending too much. The complex is pretty easy to spot if you’re looking for the memorial building. We don't have a big fancy website or anything, we just rely on people stopping by. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just read the paper, and other times three families show up at once. It’s just the way it is. We’ve been here for quite some time and have seen Nanpura change a lot over the years. If you need a hand with travel stuff, we’re usually here from morning until late evening. It’s just a normal shop run by normal people who know their way around and enjoy the work.
