Botliboi

Our facility is situated on the Surat Navsari Road, right in the heart of Udhna. If you know Surat, you know Udhna is where all the industrial stuff happens. Botliboi has been a name around here for a long time. The building is quite large and it’s always buzzing with some kind of activity. We have different sections for different types of machine work. It can be quite a walk from one end of the shop to the other. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of machine oil, which is just part of the job. We don't have fancy carpets or air-conditioned hallways throughout. It’s a real working environment. The noise of the machinery is something you stop noticing after a few weeks. We have a mix of young apprentices and old-timers who have been here for thirty years. They’re the ones who know all the tricks of the trade. We don't go in for fancy slogans or marketing gimmicks. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to finish them on time. The road outside is always busy with tempos and trucks, which makes getting in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We take our tea breaks seriously, usually standing around outside for a few minutes of fresh air. It’s a steady place to work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just doing solid engineering work every single day. That's the long and short of it for us here in Udhna.
