Bombay Mobile Shop

Bombay Mobile Shop is our little place here in Surat. We’ve got the address listed as 556447, which is how the mail finds us. We deal mostly in mobile phones, obviously, but we also handle things like balance recharges and fixing small issues with software. The shop is quite narrow, so if there are more than four people inside, it feels very full. We have a lot of cables hanging from hooks on the walls. It’s not the most organized look, but we know where everything is. My brother handles the technical side of things while I talk to the customers. Surat is a busy city, and people are always in a rush. They want their phones fixed in ten minutes, which isn't always possible. We try to explain that some things take time. We have a small wooden bench outside for people to sit on while they wait. The street is always loud with horns and street vendors. We’ve been at this for a while now. We don't have a big website or a fancy logo. It’s just a sign above the door that says the name. We like being part of the community here. Some people just stop by to say hello even if they don’t need anything. That’s the nice part of having a local shop. We just want to keep the business going and provide for our families. It's hard work but it's okay for us.
