It can get a bit disorganized when we get a big shipment in, and you might see boxes stacked in the corner for a day or two while we sort them out. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people in. If someone’s charger stops working, they know where to find us. We keep things simple and practical. It’s mostly just us chatting with customers about which accessory fits which model. It is a steady routine that has worked for us for quite some time now. We enjoy being part of the daily grind and seeing the familiar faces of the workers nearby.
