We are over in Bhagwati Krupa Society, which is at A 5, near Laxman Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being out on a main commercial street. We have a small unit here where we do all our work. There are trees outside and we can hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. Our space is filled with boxes and bags of clothes that we are constantly sorting through for orders. One of the windows doesn't quite close all the way, so we get a bit of a breeze. We have a couple of large tables for checking the garments and a few chairs for when we need to sit down and do the paperwork. The walls are painted a light color, but they’ve gotten a bit scuffed over the years from all the moving of boxes and equipment. We have a small bathroom and a corner where we keep a kettle for making tea or coffee. The light in here is pretty good because of the large windows, but it can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We know all the people who live in the society, and they see us coming and going with our daily deliveries. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the right gate, so we often have to go out and flag them down. We don't have a big corporate office, just this practical space where we get our work finished every day.
