Bathani Architect

Our office is located at 409 in the Sunrise Commercial Center. This is out in Mota Varachha, not too far from the Savji Korat Bridge. The bridge is a big landmark for anyone trying to find Bathani Architect. Mota Varachha has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. Sunrise Commercial Center is one of those places where a lot of different professionals have set up shop. Our space on the fourth floor is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s got a desk, some computers, and a lot of paper rolls lying around. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. It’s just us doing the work. The view from the window shows a lot of construction and movement. It is a busy part of Surat these days. We usually arrive early to beat some of the traffic coming over the bridge. The office is pretty basic. We focus on the drawings and the plans more than how the room looks. It’s a practical environment for an architect. People who come to see us are usually locals who know the area well. We’ve settled into a nice rhythm here. The lift in the building is sometimes slow, but we don't mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with others in the building before we get back to our desks and continue our work for the day.
