Bapa Sitaram Mobile Sales & Service

Our place is on the 80 Feet Road in Kadodara, specifically over in Subbanna Palya 5v. Bapa Sitaram Mobile Sales & Service is the name on the board outside. It’s not a huge space, but we fit a lot of stuff in here. We spend most of our time looking at small parts under a magnifying lamp. Customers bring in phones that won't charge or have software issues. We sell some handsets too, mostly what people around here need for their daily work. The 80 Feet Road gets busy, so there is always noise from the traffic. We’ve got shelves full of boxes and old tools on the workbench. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the jobs done. It is just a local business trying to help folks keep their phones running. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. My brother handles the sales part and I do the service. We open early because people often drop things off on their way to work. It’s a bit messy behind the counter with all the wires, but we know where everything is. Being in Subbanna Palya for this long, we know most of the faces that walk in. We just keep things honest and tell people what's wrong with their device. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news while we work.
