If you go behind the Sub Jail in Khatodara, that’s where you will find Banco Organic. It sounds like a strange landmark to give people, but everyone in Surat knows where the jail is, so it makes it easy to find us. We are at Survey Number 33/1, right at Plot Number 1. The area is quite industrial and busy. There’s always someone moving something or a motorbike zipping past. We focus on organic things, but we don't make a big show of it. It’s just the way we decided to do business. The office is a bit small, and we have papers stacked up on most of the desks. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, it’s a bit of a scramble. The humidity in Surat can be a lot, especially in the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays dry. We aren't some giant brand with a huge budget. We are just a local LLP trying to do things properly. Usually, the day starts early because the traffic in Khatodara gets bad by ten. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the real heart of the local trade. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We just keep doing our part and stay out of the way.
