Aditya Health Food

Our place is in the G-Tower at the Sankheshwar Complex. It is right near the Nanpura Pumping Station, which is how most people find us if they get lost. It isn't a huge space, but we have enough room for all the health food stocks we keep. Most days start with me or one of the guys opening up the shutters and letting some air in. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the lights that flicker sometimes in the hallway. We spend a lot of time moving bags around and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. People come in looking for specific things, and we do what we can to help them out from the shelves we have. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that here. Just a couple of desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of product everywhere you look. The noise from the pumping station is constant, but after a few months, you just stop hearing it. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are alright. We just try to get the work done and go home on time. It is a basic setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in magazines, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we do every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the shop running and the shelves full for whoever walks in.
