Baileys Ice Cream

Baileys Ice Cream is located in Gotalawadi Mundhwa. It's a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which we like. We spend most of our time around the freezers and the counters. The shop isn't very big, but it fits what we need to get the work done. We start the day by checking the temperatures and making sure all the tubs are full. The name Baileys Ice Cream is on the board outside, and we get quite a few people from the neighborhood stopping by when the sun is out. Gotalawadi Mundhwa can get dusty, so we are always wiping down the glass and the tables. It’s just a few of us working here, usually me and a cousin or a friend. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just some basic chairs for people to sit on while they have their treats. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to wait around, which can be annoying. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town or anything. We just like having a place in this part of Mundhwa where people can drop in and take a break. The floor gets a bit sticky by the end of the day, so cleaning up at night takes a while. It’s hard work, but we are used to the routine and we like the people who come in to see us and have a chat.
