Egg Zone

We've been here at G-32 Siddhivinayak Platinum for a while now. People in Althan know us for the different egg plates we make every day. VIP Road gets busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is looking for something quick to eat. It's just a small spot, nothing fancy, but we keep the stove going and the eggs fresh. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much, but we try to manage. I remember when we first opened in this part of Surat, things were quieter. Now, there are shops all around us. We don't do anything complicated here. Just simple cooking with basic ingredients. If you're walking past the Platinum building, you'll probably smell what's on the tawa. We spend most of our day cracking eggs and chatting with the regulars who stop by after work. It’s a decent place to sit for a bit, even if the chairs aren't the softest. We just focus on getting the food out hot. It’s hard work standing by the heat all day, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood has changed, but we’re still right here in the same corner. We aren't trying to be a big restaurant. It's just a place for people who like eggs. Most of our customers live nearby in Althan and they just drop in when they don't feel like cooking at home. We just keep things running.
