Our shop is on Varachha Road in the Kharodi area, at number 436. It’s a busy street and we’ve been here for quite a while now. If you need a computer fixed or you’re looking for some hardware, this is where we work. We have shelves filled with boxes of monitors, keyboards, and mouse pads. The back area is where we do most of the repair work, and it’s usually a bit of a mess with open CPU cabinets and wires everywhere. We aren't a big showroom with air conditioning and fancy lights. It’s more of a practical workshop. People from around Varachha Road come to us when their laptops start acting up or if they need a new system built for their office. We talk to our customers in a way they can understand, not using too much technical jargon if we can help it. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to get a part delivered, but we try to be honest about the time it takes. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just look at what's wrong and tell you how much it'll cost to fix it. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We enjoy the work, even when it’s a difficult motherboard issue. It’s a local Kharodi business, and we’re here most days from morning until late evening. We’ve grown to know the community around Varachha Road quite well over the years.
