You can find us, Aus.Sec. & Leas [P] Ltd., at 7004 in the Turning Point Complex on Bahtar Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the paperwork and the daily tasks that come with the finance and leasing side of things. It’s not as exciting as some other jobs, I suppose, but it keeps us busy. Our office is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don't have fancy art on the walls or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone when it rings. Bahtar Road can get really crowded during rush hour, so getting to work is sometimes a bit of a struggle. We deal with a lot of numbers every day, and sometimes my eyes get tired from looking at the screen for too long. We aren't a big bank with thousands of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized for the people who use our services. Sometimes we have a backlog of files to go through, and the coffee machine is our best friend on those days. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they were referred by someone else. We just try to be clear about the terms and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s steady work and it pays the bills, which is all we really ask for at the end of the day.
