Asha Mobile Shop

Asha Mobile Shop is right on the Ring Road. If you’ve ever been on the Ring Road, you know how much traffic there is and how loud it gets with all the cars and buses passing by every second. Our shop is a small unit along that stretch. We have a glass counter where we keep the latest phones we have in stock, and the walls are lined with all sorts of cables and headphones. It’s not a very big space, so we have to use every inch we have to store our stuff. We spend a lot of time behind the counter, usually working on a phone that has a broken screen or some software issue. It’s steady work that requires a lot of patience and steady hands. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays or neon signs. Most people just see us as they are stuck in traffic or walking to the next bus stop. We get a lot of commuters who just need something quickly before they continue their journey. We have a small stool for customers to sit on if they have to wait, but usually, people are in a hurry. We just try to keep up with the pace of the road outside. It’s a lot of the same thing every day, but we like being in the middle of all that energy. We just keep our heads down and work. We have been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us.
