Arihant Travels

Our shop is at C 1247 inside Gate No 1 of the Ragkul Textile Market. It is right on Ring Road in Surat. If you have ever been to this market, you know it is huge and always crowded with people buying and selling cloth. We are tucked in there among all the textile shops. Being at Arihant Travels means we see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly workers and traders from the market who need to get home or go on business trips. The Ring Road traffic is always something else, so we are used to the constant noise of horns and trucks passing by. Our space isn't very large but it’s enough for a few chairs and the computers. We spend most of the morning answering the phone and checking schedules. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once wanting tickets for the same night. We just write everything down and make sure the names are right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out. Being in the 395002 area code means we are right in the heart of the trade zone. We don't do anything fancy here, just stick to the basics of helping people get their travel plans put together.
