We’ve been based out of Patel Nagar for a while now, right on A K Road in Surat. The office is split across the ground and first floor of plot 35/A, which used to be part of a godown. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement every day. The Sy No details are 333, 334, and 390 if you’re looking at the old land records. Most of us just know it as the spot near the main road where things get a bit noisy during peak hours. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we show up and get through the day's tasks. There’s a lot of activity around here since it's an industrial-leaning patch of the city. We have some decent tea stalls nearby that the staff frequents. The walk from the main gate to the first floor gives you a good view of the neighborhood. It’s dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is around the godown area. We’ve set things up so we have enough room for everyone to sit and work without being too cramped. The address might look long on paper, but once you find the Patel Nagar turnoff, it’s pretty straightforward to get here. We spend most of our time inside these walls, keeping things moving along. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of this Surat community. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do our work here every single day.
