We’re located in Shop No.M/8 at the Bhagwati Ashish Complex 1. It’s on Rani Sati Mata Road, right in the Citylight area. If you’re walking by, we’re the ones opposite Ashok Pan House. American Overseas Tours And Travel is a bit of a long name, but we’re just a small group of people who know our way around international flight bookings and visa forms. Citylight is a nice part of town, and we enjoy being here. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we handle a lot of paperwork. Dealing with overseas travel means we spend a lot of time checking time zones and making sure passport details are exactly right. It’s easy to make a mistake, so we tend to be a bit slow and careful with everything we do. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. We talk to our clients like neighbors because, for the most part, they are. People stop by to ask about the best time to visit their relatives abroad or what the current ticket prices are like. We just give them a straight answer based on what we see on our screens. Sometimes the office gets busy and we’re juggling three things at once, but we always try to make sure nobody leaves feeling confused. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, but seeing someone get their visa approved makes it worth the effort.
