Ambica Mobile And Telecom has been on Chandini Chowk Road for a while now. We are right by Katargam Darwaja. It is a very old part of town. You can feel the history when you walk around here. The shop is small, just enough room for a counter and some display cases for phones. We sell a few mobiles but mostly we do recharges and repairs. People come in when their screens crack or the battery will not hold a charge anymore. It is a common problem these days. The road outside is always crowded with people going to the market. Sometimes it is hard to hear the customers over the noise of the rickshaws. We have a small stool for people to sit on while they wait. It is a bit wobbly. I should probably replace it. We do not do anything fancy with marketing. The sign above the door is a bit old, but it still says our name clearly. I have seen kids grow up and bring their own phones in for repair now. Time goes by fast. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their lives. Everyone needs their phone these days. If it is a simple software issue, we can usually fix it while you wait. For bigger things, you might have to leave it with us for a day. We keep it simple and honest. That is how we like it.
