You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Aksha Appartment building. We are located on the Ambawadi Kalipul Road in the Rustampura area of Surat. It is a nice neighborhood and we have been part of this community for a while. Our work involves putting together tours and helping people plan their journeys. We aren't a big company with many branches, just this one shop where we handle everything personally. Most people who come to us are from around here or have heard about us through friends. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking hotels and transport details to make sure everything is lined up. Rustampura is a bit quieter than the main markets but we still stay busy. We don't really use big marketing tricks, we just talk to people like neighbors. If you walk down Kalipul Road you will see our sign. Inside it is just a normal office with desks and some maps on the wall. We enjoy what we do because it feels good to help someone go on a trip they have been waiting for. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big group is leaving but we manage it one step at a time. It is a local business run by local people who know the area well. We like the personal touch of meeting everyone face to face and getting to know their travel needs.
