Al Falah Mobile Shop

Al Falah Mobile Shop is tucked away in Begampura Amraiwadi. It’s a small place but we pack a lot into it. We have been sitting behind this counter for a long time now. Most of the day is spent looking at tiny screws and phone screens. It can be hard on the eyes. People come in because they dropped their phone or they need a new cover. We have racks of cables and chargers hanging on the walls. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workspace where we try to get things fixed. The area around Amraiwadi is always moving, so we see a lot of different people. Sometimes we are just selling talk time or helping someone figure out their settings. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. We try to keep the glass cases clean but fingerprints happen. It’s just how it goes in a mobile shop. We stay open late because that’s when most people finish work and realized they need something for their phone. It’s a basic shop, nothing more. We just do the work and hope the repairs hold up. It's what we do every day here. There’s no big secret to it, just keeping the tools ready and answering the questions people have about their mobiles.
