Our office is located in the Begampura area of Surat, right in the Jamali Building at room 203. It’s in Qutbiwadi, near Aamkhas. It might seem like a small spot for an airline, but it’s where we handle all the local details for people flying out. We spend our time checking flight schedules, helping with ticketing, and answering a lot of questions about travel rules. Surat is a busy city, and people here are always traveling for business or to see family abroad. Being in Begampura means we are close to the heart of the city, which makes it easier for folks to drop by. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a few posters on the walls. It’s not a big airport lounge or anything like that. We deal with a lot of phone calls every day, and sometimes the lines get a bit crossed when everyone calls at once. We just try to keep everyone’s details straight. Working in the airline business means things can change fast, so we have to stay on our toes. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us well. It’s a regular job with regular hours, just focused on getting people where they need to go across the world. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk, just tickets and timing. It gets a bit loud outside with the street noise, but we just shut the door and work.
