Aerowalk International India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at B-19/7 in the Hojiwala Industrial Estate. It’s down Road No 14, near Main Gate 3 in the Sachin area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the space is. Our building is a standard industrial unit. Nothing fancy on the outside, just a big metal gate and some concrete. Inside, it’s a different story because it’s always busy. We have a lot of floor space for the production lines. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are running at the same time. We have a big group of workers who come in from the surrounding villages like Vanz. Some of them have been here since the day we opened the doors. We don't have a fancy canteen, just a spot where people sit and eat their tiffins during the break. The air smells like rubber and machinery, which is just part of the job. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or motivational posters. We just focus on making sure the quality is okay before things get packed into the trucks. There’s a lot of dust because of the construction nearby, so we’re always sweeping. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re a steady bunch. We just keep the wheels turning day in and day out. The trucks come and go all morning, and that's just the sound of business moving along.
