Our setup is based in the Sachin G.I.D.C. area, specifically on Main Road-03. We're at A-1, 3503-4 if you're trying to find the exact gate on Sub Road-35. It's a massive industrial zone, and it can be a bit confusing to navigate if you're not used to it. Here at Condor Footwear, we’ve got a pretty large facility to handle all the footwear we put out. The noise from the machines is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a lot of people working across different shifts to keep things running. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the production line. Sometimes the heavy rains in Gujarat make things a bit tricky for the transport trucks, but we make do. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just functional space for manufacturing and some small offices for the supervisors. We deal with a lot of raw materials coming in every week. The heat in the summer gets pretty intense inside the sheds, so we try to keep the fans going. It’s hard work, and the guys on the floor are the ones doing the heavy lifting. We just try to stay organized and make sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. It’s a busy environment, but that’s how we like it.
