We are located over at Smurti Society No. 2, right off Fulpada Road here in Surat. It’s at B-99/A, which is more of a residential-looking spot for an office, but it works for what we do. Being in a society means we have neighbors who are just living their lives, drying clothes or washing their cars while we are inside working. It’s a bit different from a big industrial park. We handle a lot of different things under the Nuvo name, but from this specific desk, it’s mostly about local coordination and paperwork. We have a few computers that have been around for a while and they hum quite a bit when they’re running. The Fulpada Road area can get quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the windowsills. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a plain room with some files and some chairs for guests. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the afternoon. People from the society sometimes stop by just to say hello or ask what we are busy with. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no need for complicated language when you’re just trying to get through the daily tasks and make sure the reports are sent off to the main office on time. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Gujarat.
