Adeshwar Investment

Adeshwar Investment operates out of a flat in the Dabholi Rangdarshan Society. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet except for when the milkman comes around or people are heading off to work. We aren't a big bank with marble floors and glass walls. It’s just an office in B/6 where we handle paperwork and talk to people about their money and savings. The walls have some old calendars and a few charts pinned up that have been there for years. Most of the people who come here are folks from the society or nearby streets. We sit around a plain wooden table and look over documents together. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’re used to it. It’s a small operation, mostly just keeping track of numbers and helping neighbors figure out where to put their extra cash. We’ve been here in Dabholi for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as new buildings go up. It’s nice being part of the community rather than being in a far-off business district. We don't wear suits every day unless there’s a really important meeting. Most of the time, it’s just casual clothes and a lot of tea. We handle the paperwork, file the folders, and make sure everything is in order. It’s straightforward work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. There's always a stack of files waiting on the corner of the desk, but we just take them one by one.
