You have to come to the Ashtavinayak Building on Surat rd Floor to find us. Aaradhana Sales Agency is up on the floor here, and it’s usually quite busy with phones ringing throughout the day. We handle a lot of different products, mostly acting as the link between the makers and the shops in the city. Our office isn't very large, and it’s often filled with samples and catalogs that we need to show people. We spend hours on the phone talking to suppliers or checking where a shipment has reached on the map. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow or broken, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking long numbers. We have a couple of desks that are usually buried under folders and notes. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the pace of the work here. We deal with all kinds of local retailers who are looking for fresh stock for their businesses. It’s a lot about building relationships over many years. We share a lot of tea with people who drop by to discuss their orders. Some days are stressful when a delivery is late, but that’s just the nature of the agency business. We’ve been in this building for a good while, so we know all the other business owners around the floor. We just keep our heads down and get the orders through.
