A To Z Travel

Our shop is 554 in the Syam Awas building. We are right at the Bhatar Char Rasta, which is a very busy spot in Surat. If you look across the road, you’ll see Silver Point. Being at a major crossroads means there is always noise and people. A To Z Travel is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a couple of computers and some chairs for people to sit while we look up their travel stuff. We deal with all sorts of requests. Someone wants a bus to another city, someone else needs a flight to see their relatives. It’s a mix. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual websites and our own notes. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout a little on the phone. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We keep a calendar on the wall that's usually covered in scribbles. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a place where neighbors stop by. We try to keep things moving. When the power goes out, we just sit by the door and wait for it to come back. It’s part of the routine. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the tickets done without any mistakes. It’s just us, working at the crossroads every day.
