You can find Ultracode Solutions Private Limited over at D-268 in Koel Nagar. Rourkela is a solid place to be based, and this neighborhood is where we’ve set up shop. The office is pretty basic, really. We’ve got our computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for us. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure things out. Koel Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of that. Some of us live close by, so the commute isn't too bad, which is nice. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us here at D-268. We do our work, talk about the weather, and try to stay on top of the tasks for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when people are passing by, but we don't mind. It feels real. We’ve had to fix the door handle a couple of times lately. Small things like that happen. We just want to do a decent job and go home at the end of the day. There’s no fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Just us working in Koel Nagar. It's simple and it's what we know. It's just how we get things done here.
