Indotech

Operating out of Jharsuguda in Odisha is an interesting experience. Indotech isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we stay busy enough with the work that comes our way. The local environment here is pretty industrial, which keeps everyone on their toes. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things when you know exactly what’s happening on the shop floor. Our office in Jharsuguda is where everything happens. It’s not particularly modern or sleek, but it has everything we need to get the jobs done. People around here know us for being regular and showing up every day without fail. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and it slows things down a bit, but we just keep pushing through the heat. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s mostly just us answering the phones and dealing with whatever comes through the door. There’s a lot of dust sometimes because of the location near the industrial sites, but that’s just part of being in this part of Odisha. We’ve had the same few people working here for years, and we’ve all gotten used to how each other works. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the tasks we have in front of us. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to do a decent day's work and go home to see our families.
