Our office is located at the Rampur Colliery, specifically at Quarter Number LCH D 1. It’s via Brajrajnagar in the Jharsuguda district of Orissa. This is a bit of a different setting for a tech company like 3I Infotech Ltd. Since we are near the colliery, the surroundings are very industrial and practical. It is not a city office with glass walls. It is a solid, functional space where we handle our daily work. We focus on the technical details and managing data for the company. The pace here is a bit different than in the big cities, but the work is just as important. We have a small group of people working here. We know the area well and have settled into a good routine. We don't use any fancy talk about our goals or visions. We just wake up, come to the quarter, and start working on our computers. There is plenty of work to keep us occupied throughout the day. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside because of the colliery operations, but we just keep the doors shut and focus on the screens. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take pride in getting the details right without any fuss. It is a quiet, steady kind of workplace in a very hardworking part of Orissa, where we just do what is required.
