We focus on multi-skill development, which means we do a bit of everything when it comes to training. The office is part of a residential-style building, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't some big faceless company from far away. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Ganderbal for a long time. The workspace is simple and honest. We have tools and materials for the different skills we teach laid out around the rooms. It can get a bit messy sometimes when there is a lot of practical work going on, but that is how you learn. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We started this because we saw a need for more skill training in our own community. It’s been a steady journey so far. We just take things one day at a time, working with whoever comes in to learn something new. It’s a practical place for practical people who want to get better at what they do. We don't need much else besides our tools and some willing students.
