We are located in the New Colony area of Srinagar, right near the Govt Girls Middle School in B B Cantt. Dealing with travel and tours in this region means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking road conditions. It’s a small office and we have been here for a while now. Most of our work involves helping people figure out how to get from one place to another without too much trouble. Srinagar is a busy place for tourists, so things can get a bit chaotic during the peak seasons. We handle bookings, cars, and general travel stuff for folks coming through. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local group who knows the local routes and the drivers. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets delayed, and we have to sit here and re-work the whole schedule for a group. It can be a bit of a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We try to give practical advice about where to go and what time to leave so nobody gets stuck in traffic. It’s a lot of coordination with different people across the valley.
