Our place is at House No. 60 on Elco Lane in Shalimar, Srinagar. It is tucked away in the Elco Colony area, not too far from the Government Dispensary and Tailbal Shalimar. Being in Srinagar, the weather really dictates how our days go. In the winter, we are often huddled around heaters trying to stay warm while we work on the various advertising layouts and plans. The house itself is a traditional structure that we have adapted for our office needs. It has a lot of small rooms and wooden details. Outside on Elco Lane, things are usually quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. We have desks cluttered with papers, markers, and old campaign ideas. Sometimes we go for a walk near the dispensary just to stretch our legs. The community here is close-knit, so we know most of the people living in the surrounding houses. We are not a big flashy agency; we are just a group of people working out of a house in Shalimar. Communication can sometimes be a challenge when the weather is bad, but we manage to get things done one way or another. It is a humble space, filled with the smell of tea and the sound of keyboards clicking. We have been here for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We just keep at it every day, making sure things get done.
