Cemtac Cements Pvt Ltd

We are located in Pandan, right there in the Nowhatta area. It is a very old part of town, quite close to the Naqashband Sahib shrine. You can hear the calls to prayer throughout the day while we are working. Cemtac Cements is what we do, and it is heavy, dusty work most of the time. The trucks come in through the narrow streets, which is always a bit of a struggle for the drivers. We spend a lot of our time managing the stock and making sure the bags are moving out to the construction sites where they are needed. It gets cold in the winter, and we have to keep ourselves warm with tea while we check the manifests. The walls of the office are simple, and there is always a bit of cement dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. People from the neighborhood know us well. We don’t have a website that does much, or any of those modern things. We just talk to people face to face or over the phone. Dealing with the supply chain in this part of the country has its own set of challenges, especially when the weather turns bad or the roads get blocked. We just take it one day at a time. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the building projects happening all over the city. We aren't looking for awards, just trying to keep the business running.
