Mittal Marble

You can find us right across from the Aror Vansh School at 1-A Jawahar Nagar. Being opposite a school means we hear the bell ring several times a day and see the kids running around at lunch. Mittal Marble has a lot of inventory sitting out front. It’s mostly marble slabs of different colors and patterns. We keep the place open for anyone who wants to walk in and take a look. It’s not a polished gallery; it’s more of a working yard. There is always a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. Moving the stone requires a lot of care so nothing cracks. We use old rollers and some muscle to get things moved. Jawahar Nagar is a familiar place for us. We’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve stayed right here. People usually come in with measurements written on scraps of paper. We try to find what matches their needs from what we have in stock. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No one wears a suit here. We’re usually in work clothes that can get dirty. It’s just how the marble business is. If you need us, we’re usually out by the stacks, checking the quality of a new shipment that just came in. It's not a complicated setup, but it works for what we do every single day.
