Zebboi Facility Developers Private Limited is our company and we operate out of Sector 5 in Dwarka. Our office is in Naveen Apartment, specifically unit A-601. It’s a quiet enough place in South West Delhi, which is good when we need to concentrate on facility development projects. We’ve been in this apartment for a bit and it serves us well as a headquarters. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a standard office where we sit down and get our tasks done. We deal with developers and facility management, so there's always something to coordinate. Some days we are running around meeting people and other days we are just hunkered down at our desks in A-601. We try to keep things simple. We aren't a corporate giant, just a private limited company trying to do good work in the area. Dwarka has changed a lot since we first moved here, but our commitment to our work hasn't. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe ourselves. We just say what we do and then we go do it. If you’re ever in Sector 5, you might see us coming and going from Naveen Apartment. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We enjoy the local community and the fact that we can get work done without too much fuss. Our team is small, but we've known each other for years, which makes the long days easier for everyone.
