We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the main table discussing the next steps for our work. It’s a bit noisy outside because of the traffic and the planes from the nearby airport, but we don't mind it much anymore. Our team is small and everyone knows what they have to do. We don't go in for corporate speeches or mission statements. We just show up in the morning, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of being in this area. We’ve been in Raj Nagar-2 for a while now and it suits us fine. It’s a real place with real people, and we just fit right in without making a fuss.
