Splendor Landbase Ltd

We’ve got our office for Splendor Landbase Ltd over in Dwarka, specifically at Flat No. 594 in the DDA MIG Flats. This is in Sector 17A, New Delhi-110075. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the center of the city. We like it because it feels more like a community. We’ve set up our workspace inside the flat and it works out well for us. There isn't any big sign out front or a fancy lobby, just our front door. Most of our day is spent handling property matters and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with landbase work. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, but we keep a steady pace. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished firm. We're just local guys working out of Sector 17A. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the MIG flats. We’ve been here for some time and we know the Dwarka area quite well. It helps to be close to where the properties are. We usually have a pot of tea going and some maps spread out on the table. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps things honest and manageable for us. No corporate talk, just real work being done every day. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up.
