Unitech Ltd

We are based over at Flat No 18-A in the DDA SFS Flats, which is in Pkt 1 of Sector-10 in Dwarka. This is another one of those quiet residential spots in New Delhi 110075 where we’ve found a good place to work. Sector-10 is a nice part of town, and being in an SFS flat means the layout is pretty practical for what we do. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our small team to manage the Unitech Ltd operations. We have the usual office equipment scattered around, and sometimes the living room area gets taken over by stacks of folders and documents. It’s a very lived-in environment. We aren't concerned with looking like a big multinational corporation. We are much more interested in just getting through our daily checklist. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet throughout the day. There’s a park nearby where some of us take a quick walk if we’ve been staring at the screens for too long. Life in Dwarka has a specific pace, and we’ve adjusted to it well over the years. It’s a convenient location for us because the metro isn't too far away, which helps when we need to head into other parts of the city. We just stay busy and keep the office running smoothly from day to day without making any big fuss about it.
