Zaynun Infra Buildcon Private Limited

You can find us at Flat No 106 in Pocket 7 of Sector 12, inside the Rihayashi Apartments. It’s up in North West Delhi, specifically the 110078 area. Zaynun Infra Buildcon Private Limited is run out of this flat. It’s not your typical office building, but it works for us. It feels more like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We have a couple of rooms set up with drafting tables and computers. The kitchen is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea. Being in an apartment complex means it's pretty quiet, which is a nice change from the rest of Delhi. We handle a variety of infrastructure and building tasks. We aren't a huge team. We’re just a few people who have been working together for years. We know each other's strengths and weaknesses. The neighborhood in Sector 12 is quite settled. We see the same faces every day in the park downstairs. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who know what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We try to be honest about what we can achieve in a day. It is just us.
