We are over in Naraina Industrial Area. If you go to the Local Shopping Complex Community Center, we are on the third floor of A-6. It’s a busy part of Phase-2. We deal with washing machines for big places like hotels and hospitals. It’s not the small ones you have at home. These are heavy things. The office is usually full of papers and drawings. We spend a lot of time talking to technicians. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s an industrial vibe here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. People come in to ask about parts or how to fix a cycle on a machine. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just desks and people working. Outside, the traffic in Naraina can be a bit much in the evenings. We handle the sales and the service calls from here. It gets a bit hectic when a big order comes through. We just try to keep up with the demand. Most of the staff has been here for years. We know the machines inside out. It's honest work and we like being in this part of town. It feels like where things actually get made and fixed. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the laundry equipment works and stays working for the people who buy it.
