Down at D-24 on the ground floor in Syndicate Enclave, Dabri, you’ll find us working on kitchen designs. It’s a small, local setup where we spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to homeowners about what they want for their houses. Customized Kitchen India Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant factory; it’s more of a place where we sit down and figure out how to make things fit into tight spaces. The ground floor location is handy because people can just wander in from the street. We’ve got wood samples and handle designs scattered all over the place. Sometimes the sawdust gets everywhere, especially when we are doing some minor adjustments right here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the big industrial zones, which is nice. We spend a lot of time on our phones or drawing on scraps of paper. It’s not always organized perfectly, and there’s usually a stack of unfinished catalogs sitting in the corner. We try to be honest about how long things will take because we know how frustrating it is when a kitchen is out of commission. There are no fancy uniforms here, just people who know their way around a tape measure and a screwdriver. We just like making things that work well for the families who live around here in Dabri. It isn't anything glamorous, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening most days. Every kitchen is different, so it keeps the job interesting.
